Flowstar Apparel is a trading name of Matt Strawson Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10903108.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Matt Strawson Ltd, trading as Flowstar Apparel.

We operate this website and online store, including its content, features, products and services (collectively, the "Services"), to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products online.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Flowstar Apparel offers clothing and fine art prints featuring original graphic designs.

Our products are produced to order through our trusted UK printing and fulfilment partner.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, mock-ups, colours, specifications and measurements are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device and lighting conditions. Minor variations may also occur during printing and production.

We recommend checking the product information, sizing and available options carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, colours, sizes and other options without prior notice.

All products supplied must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the prices displayed at checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, which may be communicated through an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorisation and acceptance.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund of any payment already taken for the unavailable items.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is accepted.

However, this does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailability or another legitimate reason, subject to applicable consumer law. Where payment has been taken and we do not fulfil the order, we will refund the amount due.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Matt Strawson Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, and we do not charge VAT on our sales.

Product prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

We do not directly store your complete payment card details.

If a payment cannot be authorised, we may be unable to accept or fulfil the order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Flowstar Apparel currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

As our products are made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.

UK shipping typically takes a further 2–5 working days.

Our estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days, including production.

Our current UK shipping charges are:

  • Standard Delivery: £4.99

  • Free Standard Delivery: On orders of £50 or more

Delivery costs and estimated times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by production delays, courier disruption, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed of significant delays and resolve delivery problems.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession, or that of a person you have authorised to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.

If your order is lost, damaged in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory rights relating to late delivery are unaffected.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original designs, illustrations, artwork, graphics, logos, branding, text, photographs, videos and other creative material displayed on the Flowstar Apparel website are owned by or licensed to Matt Strawson Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

These materials are protected by applicable UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish or otherwise commercially exploit our artwork, designs or other protected content without prior written permission.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Flowstar Apparel, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Flowstar Apparel.
